All adults and teenagers interested in learning and playing handball. No previous experience is required—we'll teach you the basics!

We hold one weekly practice for one hour. Please note that outdoor sessions may be canceled due to rain if the conditions are not safe for play.

Comfortable athletic wear, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We provide all the necessary equipment.

Each session includes warm-ups, fundamental drills (passing, shooting, defense), tactical training, and friendly matches.
